Check API health
GET/api/health
Returns the health status of the API server. This endpoint requires no authentication and can be used for automated monitoring and load balancer health checks.

Service temporarily unavailable. This response is returned by the infrastructure (load balancer) when no healthy instances of the API are available. It is not produced by the application itself.
